Pam Tillis to Release New Christmas Album

This fall, Pam Tillis will release a new album for the holiday season, “Just in Time for Christmas.”
“The album is actually a couple of years old now,” Tillis said. “We didn’t make the deadline the first year, and then the next year we wanted to change a few things. You basically have to have these kind of albums done by spring to be ready for Christmas.”
Tillis said she the Christmas album contains “classic country Christmas stuff but some torchy stuff too.”
“It’s probably two-thirds standard Christmas material which have been recorded by many other artists,” Tillis said. “But the rest are new songs I found which sound classic. I’m real pleased with it.”
